We are known for our flexibility and this is because we have a proven track record in delivering bespoke programmes for our trainees which lead to outstanding outcomes.
Over the last two years, 100% of our graduates secured employment for their Newly Qualified Teacher year before the end of the programme.
Your school based learning experiences will be supported by a central training programme run by experts with experience in adult training, and specialists in education. During your training year you will also be supported by an experienced team of professionals who are at the heart of education in Norfolk.

Assessment Only and CPD
As well as our teacher training programme also offers the Assessment Only route to achieving Qualified Teacher Status for experienced teachers. Thanks to our extensive links with leading head teachers and respected trainers, Norfolk Teacher Training Centre also provides a high quality CPD programme which is open to all schools and teachers.

At Norfolk Teacher Training Centre, we offer the opportunity to train in a broad range of environments, including rural and city academies, a college of further education, a university technical college, a state boarding school and two independent schools.
We have over 30 schools in our partnership from which we can draw on the very best expertise for your future training.
