How to Apply
Choose the route that's right for you
Before applying to train with NTTC, you need to make sure that you are selecting the route that is right for you. The following questions will help you to determine which routes are available to you:

Do you have the right qualifications? Check you meet all of the eligibility criteria before starting your application.

Are you currently working in a school?

If you ARE currently working in a school, you have the option of the School Direct route, the Post Graduate Teaching Apprenticeship route, or the Assessment Only route.

If you ARE NOT currently working in a school, you should apply to train through the School Direct route.

What next?
If you are offered a place to train with NTTC, you will be invited to a number of pre-Induction days across the summer which will prepare you for training in September. These will include subject knowledge audits, finance, and safeguarding training.
